Ms. Pooja Kashyap Co-founder and Managing Director Takshila The Prep School was invited to the 10th National Leadership Conclave, New Delhi. She was an eminent speaker of the forum, sharing insights, nuances and her take on what exactly leadership is. The dias was also shared with Ira Singhal  an Indian Administrative Service officer, currently the Deputy Commissioner of New Delhi. 

Ms. Pooja emphasised on  golden parts of Leadership - responsibility, initiative, appreciation & inclusiveness. She believes firmly that a leader is not a role, power or title but is a trait that is ingrained in all. It needs effort & self recognition to bring them out. 

Applauded for her majestic work in the field of pre primary education she was also awarded as the Emerging Face Of Global Leadership, 2022.
